The Defence Forces fleet will be joined by new hooklift vehicles, which will improve the logistical operations of units and increase their tactical readiness. The Scania G360 and Scania G410 can handle a variety of containers and cargo platforms with the hooklift system.
The superstructures of the three types of Scania chassis trucks were designed and built by the Estonian Defence Forces’ Pro Lift team in cooperation with Marrel.

The Estonian Defence Forces’ new hooklift vehicles will help to ensure timely delivery of equipment in peacetime and in crisis situations, even in difficult terrain:
- Scania G360 8×4 and 6×4 logistics vehicles are designed for transport and supply tasks. The vehicles are equipped with a hook-lift system that enables fast and efficient handling of standard ISO containers and other cargo platforms.
- Scania G410 8×8 tractor units are highly manoeuvrable and suitable for off-road driving. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, these trucks can carry large loads and support units in combat situations.
