The Estonian Defence Forces enhanced their combat engineering capabilities with new and versatile equipment, to which the Pro Lift team added a superstructure.
The Estonian Defence Forces have added new JCB Fastrac 4220 tractors to their equipment, providing significantly greater autonomy for operations both on roads and in challenging terrain. The tractors’ specialized superstructures were designed and installed by Pro Lift.
At the Pro Lift OÜ facility, we equipped the JCB Fastrac 4220 tractors with:
A Palmse trailer designed for transporting heavy loads and suitable for various loading and transport tasks. The trailer has been customized to meet the specific requirements of the Defence Forces and is reliable even in demanding field conditions.
An additional hydraulic system that enables smooth and fully functional operation of the Fassi hydraulic crane.
A front winch with a pulling capacity of 15,000 kg and a 50-meter cable. This additional feature allows the vehicle to recover itself or assist other equipment in difficult terrain, providing essential independence and maneuverability.
- A Fassi F145AZ.0.22 E-ACTIVE hydraulic crane, which enables combat engineering units to load equipment and spare parts independently of other lifting devices—an important advantage in situations where conventional logistical infrastructure is unavailable.
The tractors, equipped with superstructures installed by Pro Lift, will become part of the Defence Forces’ combat engineer battalion equipment, providing these units with a new level of autonomy and efficiency in field operations.
